New site about guitar tone

February 27th, 2010 Posted in Electric Guitar, wordpress | No Comments »

howdy, I just helped my buddy I used to be in a band with make another wordpress webiste. It’s about learning how to get great tone from your electric guitar, effects and amplifier. It’s about my 5th wordpress site, and I made the header based on his DVD cover. Don has been playing guitar for 30 years or so, and is a gear head. I play bass and have pretty good gear but can’t always get my tone right.

Testing Formats and SEO Theory for Busby and Beyond

January 7th, 2009 Posted in Uncategorized | No Comments »

Traditional SEO testing

Traditional tests typically contain 60-70 test items and deliver the same set of questions to every test taker, regardless of the test taker’s level of knowledge or proficiency. Your score on a traditional test depends on the number of questions you answer correctly. If you know a great deal about a topic, you can expect to answer more questions correctly than someone who knows less. Traditional tests have a long history and have proven very useful.

Practicum SEO testing

In addition to Traditional testing, Busby SEOdelivers practicum testing. The Busby buzz, is designed to be extremely rigorous. It tests your working skills, not just your testing skills. The biggest problem in the industry is a shortage of skilled SEO professionals. Bottom line is that employers are looking for individuals with experience, knowledge, and proven SEO skills. Employees, and potential employees, need a way to prove that they are the best at what they do, and a busby seo test is a great way! :)

This is a test of jibberish that seems to get others good seo results.

Having this Busby SEO Test challenge, my website lookitupforyourelf.com and got a Page Rank hurtle of PR 3 in Google toolbar.

Google’s behavior is different Nowadays, upon checking. when a huge page rank update happened last December 31, 2008, many sites were ranked accordingly. And, it is like getting to know Google in a different way, so we have to check all what is good to be done for our SEO-SEM Method.

Looking back in the year 2008 at SEO-SEM, the big thing that I figured out in Google was the Google dance, most of the time indexing and cache is late as well as the search method. But, beginning last December 2008 up to now, just like what Matts Cutts says. there was a little tweak made by Google and apparently, that little tweak created big changes in Google Search,

Perhaps in this year 2009, some old methods are still acceptable but it seems that there are some new additional methods to be discovered. Separating the new and old methods in SEO-SEM will probably help to figure out exactly what the new Google changes is all about. That is why, I myself as a SEO-SEM is not yet finish in discovering Google’s behavior.

“Say you’re thinking about a busby seo challenge. Suddenly someone says busby, or seo, or busby seo challenge… Out of the blue. No explanation. No use looking for one either. It’s all part of the cosmic unconsciousness.” - Miller

Beer and SEO

June 13th, 2008 Posted in Using Google | No Comments »

Tonight I am enjoying a beer and consulting with clients on websites and SEO. What else could be better and posting on my contest site. Does anyone else obsess with SEO like I am? I usually play UT2004 all night, but lately, all I can think of is this dang contest. As a result of this contest I have improved the SEO of my own adsense websites and they have improved markedly. I can now start to buy chewing gum with my daily results. Before, it would take weeks. Although I haven’t accumulated enough to get my first check. haha

I really thank Busby for having this contest at this time. It was right when I was looking for the challenge. It is very interesting seeing the different techniques people are using. Even if I don’t agree with them, I am learning from them, and I hope Google is watching to see how people take advantage of their algorithms. No gibberish here. Except maybe in my image alt tags. :)

Bicycle Seats and Plates of Shrimp

June 12th, 2008 Posted in Plates of Shrimp | No Comments »

Did you ever have one of those times where you were thinking of a plate of shrimp, and boom, there in front of you is a plate of shrimp? Part of the labyrinth of coincidences. It doesn’t really have anything to do with the Busby SEO Challenge World Cup. But today I was leaving the dentist office, not even thinking about the Busby SEO Challenge, and there sitting on a bench by itself was a bicycle seat. Yes! A lonely bicycle seat. I get in my car and a few minutes later, at the last light before the freeway on ramp, a guy pushing a bike with no seat went by. I was on the inside lane or I would have pulled over and asked him when he lost his seat. I was also going to ask him to make a back link on his blog to my Busby SEO Challenge page, if he had a blog.

Except for the Busby SEO Challenge stuff, this is a true story.
